Winter is coming, and it's time to pull out the old creativity box and make up for the lack of fun in the sun with heat from the oven. That's right; it's baking/cooking (and let's be honest...working-out) season! Of course I'm excited for the skiing/snowboarding, warm drinks, and other merriment that comes with the colder seasons. But baking holds a special place in my heart. In preparation for the season of scrumptiousness, I recently acquired a new cookbook. 

So baking season is almost here and I am super super loving the thought of this return to cozy nights by the fireplace with a fantastic book and a baked good. Be prepared for posts often dedicated to my kitcheny adventures. This is happening.
