Today I had my interview for Wing Nutz! It went well, I hope.

Elvis was my interviewer and a friendly guy, but I think he was a little tired of interviewing so I tried to make it fun for him by being really outgoing and making silly jokes. One of the questions was "What do you know about the company?"
Being me, I spouted off the date the first store opened (September 18th 2008), the method in which they cook their wings (baked, not fried), as well as a bit about their loyalty program. I peeked at Elvis' notes and read "Really did her homework."
I hope that made a good impression! Having a smartphone and overhearing someone that already went sure can come in handy sometimes... Hah. I believe the phrase goes "fake it until you make it"...
After my interview I met up with an old friend for coffee. I'm really glad I did. It's way too sad when people lose touch, and she and I were besties so it's good to have a friend back.
Oh! Speaking of old friends, my dear miss Jen Cook came by Neilsen's today for a quick hello! I haven't seen her in what seems like forever. She's just as cute as ever, and I sure do hope to be able to catch up with her more when we both have a bit more time to chat.
