A Double Post Kind of Day

I have the best friends in the world.

I am so thankful for everyone who has been there for me when I have been a terrible friend for the past few months. I let communication slide, and in doing so have created a situation in which I miss all of you terribly. But seriously, I am so overwhelmed with happiness from the wonderful words of encouragement and offers to help. You guys have no idea how much you all mean to me and how bleak the world would seem if your shining faces weren't around to provide color and light! Maybe I've just been doing too much yoga lately, but I feel so blessed to have such amazing people in my life. It is my goal to reconnect with you guys and be as good of a friend to you as you have been to me.

Thank you guys, so much.
My gratitude and love for you all abounds.

On another note...
World Market is the best, especially when I'm with my mom. She's so awesome. Talking with her always helps me sort out things with which I am struggling. My day started looking up right about the time we were shopping together. It was the perfect segue from a terrible day into an awesome night.
I always knew there were those insanely interesting people around, but I always thought they were other places. I sure as hell learned today that they are in fact all around me!
I went to a little yoga gathering at my yoga teacher's house where people just come in and out to say hi as they please. Everyone has a certain air of freedom that is so rare to see. They live very different life styles, and have come from all walks of life but have managed to find a place to feel comfortable, and at home. It's like they have truly mastered the art of simplistic living. I met some new people, and I am so excited to do more yoga and meet new friends.
After yoga, I decided coffee was a necessary ingredient. Where do I go? Greenhouse. People are always super nice there. I decide to step out of my comfort zone and talk to strangers while I wait for my coffee. I didn't really expect anything out of the ordinary. In my chats, I learn that this corn-rowed white boy is a professional disc golfer. (Check it out: It's a thing!) He's a pretty cool cat. I guess you never know what kind of people you will meet, but if you take the time to listen you might hear some pretty good stories.

I'm off on another adventure!
